What color are the chair covers?

​We carry standard banquet polyester chair covers in white, black, chocolate and ivory.  Standard folding polyester chair covers in white only. Universal satin self-tie chair covers in champagne, silver, white, black and purple. Spandex chair covers in white and black.

Do the chair covers come in different sizes?

There are four available sizes of chair covers: the standard banquet chair, the universal chair cover, the folding chair cover and the spandex chair cover.

 

What color and/or fabric linens do you have?

We offer a wide variety of linens in an abundance of colors and several popular fabrics.  Fabrics include:  Organza, Polyester, Satin, Taffeta, Pintuck, Damask, Embroidered, Spandex, Rosette and Sequin.

Are the linens pressed?

All linens and chair covers are individually hand pressed and hung on hangers or folded nicely.  Linens are then placed and covered in linen bags.

Is set up/breakdown and delivery/pick-up included?

NO, Setup by Ambiance is not available.  You must pick up the linens a day prior to your event and complete the setup and take down yourself. You must return all items to our office the following day after your event.

How will I transport the linens?

The linens are very easy to transport. All of the linens come on hangers or either nicely folded and in plastic bags.

What do I do with the linens once they are taken down?

Upon return, chair covers, sashes and table runners/overlays are to be sorted into separate bags. The sashes are to be returned un-tied. The table runners/overlays are to have crumbs removed.

What types of payment do you accept?

The Ambiance accepts cash, check and major credit cards only.  Checks are payable to:  Ambiance Event Hall and mailed to 2480 East Bay Drive - Suite 10, Largo, Florida 33771.

When do I need to give a final count on my linen order?

A final count is due two weeks prior to your event.  For better service please place orders at least two weeks in advance.  However, we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders.
