Frequently Asked Questions

Do you allow self or outside catering?

Yes, you are responsible for contracting and bringing in all other vendors.  You are also allowed to self-cater your event. However, anyone wishing to serve food and/or alcohol must purchase $150 event insurance through the Event Manager. This insurance covers your liquor and liability.

 

Are we allowed to bring in our own alcohol?

Yes, you are allowed to bring in your own alcohol or hire a bartender. However, anyone wishing to serve food and/or alcohol must purchase $150 event insurance through the Event Manager. This insurance covers your liquor and liability. Alcohol beverages SHALL NOT be sold.

 

What kind of equipment is in the kitchen?

Our facility has an upgraded kitchenette, double sink, microwave and a standard size refrigerator. We DO NOT ALLOW cooking on premises. All food has to be pre-cooked and may be kept warm by warming equipment.

 

Do you have an ice machine?

No, we do not have an ice machine however, we do have a standard size refrigerator with a freezer on top to store ice. The renter is responsible for bringing your ice, coolers, etc.

 

Are candles allowed inside?

Open flamed candles are NOT permitted in the facility.  Only candles enclosed in glass and/or votives are permitted.

 

Do you provide garbage cans and liners?

Yes, we will provide the garbage can and liners.  Please do not put any food into a garbage can without a liner.  ALL trash will be bagged and removed from the building and placed in dumpster in the rear corner of the building.  Renters are responsible for taking out the trash unless that have opted & paid for clean-up.

 

What time can we access the facility?

All of your rental time must be paid for.  If you have purchased 6 hours of rental time you will only be allowed access to the building for 6 hours.  Your setup and breakdown time must be included in the time you rent the facility.
