What is required to secure/lock in an event date?
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit of “Venue Rate” is required to reserve a date. The rental balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
What time can we access the facility?
All of your rental time must be paid for. If you have purchased 9 hours of rental time you will only be allowed access to the building for 9 hours. Example: for a 9 hour rental ending at 12am you would be allowed access to the building at 3pm.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy
60 days or more prior to event: full refund of deposit and balance paid
59 to 31 days prior to event: forfeit of deposit; full refund of balance paid
30 days or less prior to event: forfeit of deposit and balance paid – NO REFUND
Are we allowed to serve/dispense alcohol on premises?
Yes, we require all renters wishing to serve/dispense alcohol on premises to purchase event insurance through us for $150, we will obtain this insurance for you. The insurance will cover your liquor liability.
Do you allow self or outside catering?
Yes, you are responsible for contracting and bringing in all other vendors. You are also allowed to self-cater your event.
What kind of equipment is in the kitchen?
Our facility has an upgraded kitchenette, double sink, microwave and refrigerator. We DO NOT ALLOW cooking on premises. All food has to be pre-cooked and may be kept warm by sternos. There is no ice machine on premises therefore, you are responsible for supplying your ice for your event.
Are candles allowed inside?
Open flamed candles are NOT permitted in the facility. Only candles enclosed in glass and/or votives are permitted.
Garbage cans and liners?
Yes, we will provide the garbage can and liners. Please do not put any food into a garbage can without a liner. ALL trash will be bagged and removed from the building and placed in dumpster in the rear corner of the building. Renters are responsible for taking out the trash unless that have opted & paid for cleanup.
